Emergency contact, pick up buddy - In the are event of an emergency the walk leader may need to contact someone to retrieve your car or arrange to contact relatives. If you are unable to complete a walk due to fitness issues or because you do not have the correct clothing or equipment to continue then they may also be able to come and take you back to your car etc. Medical emergencies will always be dealt with in accordance to first aid train procedures - just be aware that non life threatening first aid issues may require a person to curtail a walk or activity rather than an emergency response.
Children under 18 years of age - Please contact Nigel if you want to book children on a walk. The majority of the walks are great for fit and active young people and children but check with Nigel before you book and pay for a walk.
